Today’s Top Ten Tuesday topic from That Artsy Reader Girl invites us to consider the snacks we like to consume while reading.
Mine include:
- Peanut butter or plain M&Ms
- Oreos
- Ritz with peanut butter or cream cheese (the latter I spread with a knife, while the former tends to be just dipped in the jar)
- Granola (eaten out of the bag)
- Blueberries
- Apples
- Tortilla chips
- Chocolate chips
- Triscuits
- Honey Bunches of Oats (usually eaten out of the box)
How about you? Do you tend to munch on anything particular while reading?
Ooh, I actually keep a bag of granola in my car for situations where I’m out on a nice Saturday, ended up in a lovely park for a walk but didn’t pack lunch…but also want to stay there in the pretty place to read my book, hmmm, dilemma, until I remember “OH HEY.” It’s extra-delicious that way!

I love M&Ms!! The peanut butter ones are wonderful. I usually mix the regular ones in a bowl with peanuts and raisins for an easy snack. I also really love tortilla chips. Here is our Top Ten Tuesday.
